Analog Design Lead (US Citizen) - McLeansville, NC

Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. Strong background in analog circuit design principles Proficiency with CAD tools (Mentor Graphics, Altium) and SPICE for circuit simulation and verification Experience leading design teams or projects Demonstrated troubleshooting ability using spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and other test equipment Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and deliver solutions U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance Nice to Haves: High Voltage DC power systems and module design experience Experience with power topology design (watts to KW+ converters) Magnetics Design and High-Speed Design R&D background with advanced test/troubleshooting of circuit schematics Experience writing requirements, specifications, and verification procedures Prior success mentoring junior engineers and leading design reviews Job Description: As an Analog Design Lead, you will guide a cross-functional team responsible for developing advanced undersea communication systems. This role combines leadership with hands-on technical expertise in analog and high voltage electronic systems.
