Job Description

Our client, a personal care manufacturing company, is looking for a Data Coordinator to join their team! This will be a onsite role working out of their office in Clark. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and experience supporting training process. Role overview: Contract Role: 9 months Pay: $27.60/hr on W2 Responsibilities: Coordinates all end-to-end training logistics for New Jersey locations, including materials preparation, venue coordination, and managing onsite or external catering with a focus on dietary requirements. Manages the full timeline of training administration, from scheduling calendar invites and handling registration in OneProfile to processing attendance rosters and service tickets. Collaborates with technical teams to track compliance and learning hours, evaluates program feedback, and compiles monthly progress reports for Operations and leadership. Oversees the budget impact by processing expense reports, creating purchase orders, and executing complex /"chargebacks/" to ensure training costs are billed to the correct departments Drives employee engagement by managing the Learning Operations website and producing multi-channel communications, including a bi-monthly newsletter for the entire Operations population. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, preferably with experience in Learning, HR, Marketing, or Data Analytics. Must possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail, alongside mastery of the Microsoft Suite Ability to solve complex problems by translating raw data into actionable insights and generating innovative, /"outside the box/" solutions. Excellent stakeholder communication skills and the flexibility to be on-site 5 days a week across NY/NJ locations to support live training.
