About the Job We are a mid-sized Trucking Company (50 trucks, 40 employees). We are in need of some help regarding the below:Payroll Processing help (we currently use a third party); we can file our own or use a Payroll Processing Company. Benefits Management (the same third party places our health benefits for our employees). Weekly KPI (Key Performance Indicators) based on Driver / Trucks / Equipment / Down Time / Etc. Help closing Monthly Books (need experience with Quickbooks) across several divisions, keeping everything straight and allocating the correct amounts to each. Roles:Weekly and Monthly KPI Reporting to Management. Assistance in Closing Monthly Books. Financial Statement Prep. Prior Finance/Accounting experience is required. Excel skills are a must. Attention to detail is a must. Please note that this is not a lifestyle job, you will be part of a hard-working team. You will be expected to work hard and not just go thru the motions.
