PROJECT MANAGER & CHANGE MANAGEMENT ADVOCATE Locations: Alpharetta, Milwaukee, or Omaha ROLE SUMMARY The Project Manager supports execution, governance, and change-management for the SAP conversion program across functional and technical workstreams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Build and manage integrated project plans. • Lead governance, RAID reviews, and dependency tracking. • Partner with technical PMs, functional leads, deployment teams. • Lead communications, training plans, stakeholder readiness. • Prepare executive updates and status reporting. • Drive risk/issue escalation and resolution. REQUIRED SKILLS • SAP project experience (finance, conversion, integration preferred). • Excellent communication & facilitation. • Strong organization and leadership. • Cross-functional coordination experience.
