Job Description - Full Stack Java Developer (Hybrid - Cary, NC) We are looking for a Full Stack Java Developer with a strong background in end-to-end application development and deployment. This is a hybrid role in Cary, North Carolina, requiring 10+ years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on developer with expertise in Java, Spring, Microservices, JPA, and Azure DevOps. If you are passionate about building scalable enterprise applications, driving CI/CD automation, and collaborating with Product Owners to deliver business solutions, this role is for you. Roles & Responsibilities Lead application development using Java, Spring, Microservices, and JPA. Design, develop, and deploy solutions in a hybrid cloud environment with Azure DevOps. Build and manage YAML pipelines for automated deployments. Oversee the CI/CD process and ensure seamless integration and release management. Collaborate closely with Product Owners to gather requirements and translate them into user stories. Take ownership of end-to-end application delivery, from design to deployment. Provide technical guidance and mentor team members when needed. Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in Java application development. Strong expertise in Spring Framework, Microservices Architecture, and JPA/Hibernate. Proven experience with Azure DevOps, YAML pipeline creation, and release management. Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication skills for working with Product Owners and cross-functional teams. Ability to manage application development independently and drive projects to completion.
