Job: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Outpatient Orthopedics Location: 1801 Cleveland Ave, Santa Rosa, CA 95401 Pay Range and Incentives: Hourly Pay: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour depending on experience Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay) Our Santa Rosa clinic is part of Spine & Sport Physical Therapy, a clinician-led outpatient orthopedic organization dedicated to evidence-based care, mentorship, and professional growth. We specialize in manual therapy, functional rehab, pre- and post-operative care, chronic condition management, and return-to-sport programs.
