POSITION: Business Analyst - Credit Delivery full-time position located in the Administrative Office, Turlock, CA. ABOUT YOSEMITE FARM CREDIT: As a farmer-owned co-op with over 100-year history serving the agriculture community in Stanislaus, Merced, Tuolumne and Mariposa counties, Yosemite Farm Credit has a commitment to our region's agriculture. The Association currently provides lending services to approximately 5,200 customers with loan volume of over $5 billion. Major commodities financed include dairy and almonds, in addition to irrigated field crops, cattle, and walnuts. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the Business Analyst - Credit Delivery plays a key role in a multi-year digital transformation initiative centered on Salesforce, nCino, and Fiserv (accounting), with integrations across data warehouse, legal documentation, and appraisal platforms. This role focuses on credit processes relating to-loan origination system (LOS), underwriting, appraisal, booking, and servicing-while helping establish a center of excellence for business process enhancements and platform modernization. The Business Analyst - Credit Delivery will serve as a trusted consultant and subject matter expert, applying broad Farm Credit business knowledge and system expertise to inform design, decision making and continuous improvement. Monitor performance and progress, create training materials with Learning and Development, and act as the primary liaison among departments/branches, implementation partners, and the nCino product team throughout the software lifecycle. At the onset, this position will work through complete implementation of new systems. Responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to define and deliver transformation goals, translating business needs into technical requirements across integrated systems. Collaborate with Salesforce, nCino, Fiserv, Loan Accounting, Risk, Credit, and Technology teams to ensure seamless integration, scalable solutions, accurate data flow, and regulatory compliance (FCA, fair lending, collateral, data privacy) and reporting. Work with risk and credit departments on data requirements for pipelines, exposure, risk metrics, exceptions, and concentration limits. Keep teams organized and progressing towards goals by anticipating challenges, removing obstacles and promoting shared success. Other duties as assigned. This position is ideal for a systems thinker with deep credit understanding and commitment to Farm Credit values who enjoys solving complex operational challenges and translating strategy into execution. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in banking or business analysis preferably within commercial, agricultural, or community financial institutions. Experience with Salesforce and/or nCino; familiarity with core banking platforms (e.g., Fiserv DNA), legal documentation, appraisal systems, and cloud data environments such as Snowflake. Proven success leading requirement gathering, process design, and UAT for complex, multi-system implementations. Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills with the ability to align business, technology, and finance stakeholders. Working knowledge of Agile practices, integration patterns (APIs, ETL, event-driven), and reporting or analytics tools; relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Scrum Master). Demonstrates a collaborative mindset and strategic thinking, fostering teamwork, continuous improvement, and enterprise excellence. GRADE/SALARY/BENEFITS: Yosemite Farm Credit offers a competitive benefit package that includes, but is not limited to, outstanding vacation/sick time accrual, health, dental, and vision plans, tuition reimbursement, 401k fixed AND company match, corporate fitness program, performance related compensation, volunteer time off and paid holidays. The Base Salary for this position ranges from $9,000 (minimum) - $10,000 (maximum) per month, depending on experience. Position is also eligible to participate in annual incentive program (performance related compensation) earning up to 10% of annual base salary. This program is subject to Board approval. WORKPLACE FLEXIBILITY PROGRAM: Yosemite Farm Credit offers a Workplace Flexibility Program for qualifying positions that provides the opportunity to have a hybrid (in office and work from home) schedule. The Workplace Flexibility Program includes an allowance of up to $500 for qualifying expenses to outfit employees' home office.
