Sr On-Site Service Specialist

Job Title: Senior On-Site Service Specialist Work Location: Parma, OH Duration: Contract to Hire Hours: Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent Job Description & Responsibilities : - Operates High Speed Digital Production Printer - Load paper, clear jams, unload printed material - Occasional post processing of finished product (i.e. binding, shrink-wrapping, etc.) - Must be able to walk and stand on feet for entire shift in warehouse environment - Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs - Must have basic PC skills - Will train qualified applicants - Possibility of fulltime employment for quality workers with good attendance, attitude and performance as positions become available. Skills & Qualifications : Requires high school diploma or GED and1-2 years of related work experience. • Some related copy job experience is preferred. Demonstrate competency in basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite. • Working knowledge of copier and other related equipment and repair is preferred. • Requires knowledge and understanding of shipping/receiving procedures. • Basis electronics knowledge is preferred. • Possesses ability to work independently and flexibly to complete projects. • Possesses ability to determine correct method and packing material as well as check packing slips for accuracy of incoming materials. • Possesses ability to comprehend instructions concerning mail delivery. • Possesses troubleshooting and problem solving skills. • Possesses ability to read and comprehend written technical information in the form of manuals, parts books and related publications. • Possesses excellent customer relations skills and excellent verbal communication skills.
