They're now hiring an Applied AI Engineer to embed AI deeply into how the entire organisation builds, ships, and operates software. This is not an AI research role, it's a hands-on engineering position focused on applying cutting-edge AI tools to real, mission-critical systems. What You'll Be Doing Your mission is to dramatically increase engineering impact by designing AI-powered workflows, tooling, and infrastructure. You will: Build AI-driven engineering workflows to accelerate delivery and maintain high code quality Contribute directly to production code across core systems Design internal AI tooling, agents, and orchestration layers Partner with product and engineering to shape AI-powered features Experiment continuously with new models, tools, and workflows Become the internal go-to expert on applied AI What They're Looking For You're a strong engineer first, obsessed with what AI makes possible.
