Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the AIR SYSTEMS GROUP of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. Responsibilities You will track and evaluate implementation of such strategies and plans to ensure continued relevance to mission and program objectives as well as consistency/supportability in relation to branch manpower objectives. You will make recommendations for refinements and provides leadership for implementation of recommendations as approved by the chain of command. You will define and convey methodologies and standards for use by ASG and multi-Departments in defining organization structures and hiring allocation plans. You will facilitate and document changes in manpower authorizations and allocations. You will collect, analyze and report total workforce data to respond to regular and special reporting requirements, and to assess progress toward achievement of total force management objectives. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Knowledge and experience in leading Operations and Administrative teams/functions 2.) Understanding of policies and procedures with the ability to provide instruction for executing the policies and procedures 3.) Working knowledge of workforce, training, budget and facilities reporting systems and processes 4.) Ability to communicate orally and in writing and present conclusions to the Group Leadership, supervisory team and general workforce 5.)
