LHH partnered with a local company to recruit for a Transactional Legal Secretary. Transactional Legal Secretary San Francisco, CA - Hybrid Compensation: $75k to $85k annually Hybrid schedule: Work from home: Monday & Friday In office: Tuesday-Thursday 8:00am to 4:00pm with 30-minute lunch We are seeking an experienced Transactional Legal Secretary to support a busy transactional practice at a midsized law firm in San Francisco. This is a documentfocused role requiring strong attention to detail and prior experience supporting attorneys with transactional documents. Responsibilities Draft, edit, revise, and redline transactional documents Review agreements using attorney markups and instructions Maintain document accuracy, formatting, and version control Coordinate closely with attorneys and support teams Manage multiple document requests while meeting deadlines Provide general administrative support as needed Qualifications Prior experience as a legal secretary supporting transactional attorneys Strong experience with drafting, redlining, and revising documents Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work directly with attorneys in a fastpaced environment Strong written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Preferred but not required: Experience with NetDocuments, Draftable, or Pro Law Interested?
