Clinic Nurse - Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM) Location: Kissimmee, FL 34741 Terms: Contract assignment ( 03/09/2026 to 06/05/2026) - extensions likely, may go perm Rate: $30.00 per hour Position Overview This role supports daily clinical operations by providing hands-on patient care, triage support, and clinical follow-up. The ideal candidate is confident in fast-paced outpatient settings, skilled in patient communication, and comfortable managing both routine and acute needs. • Key Responsibilities Triage & Patient Assessment - Manage acute patient calls and walk-ins, assess symptoms, determine urgency, and escalate appropriately. Daily Follow-Up Calls - Conduct follow-up outreach for triage cases, complex patient situations, and ongoing care coordination. Medication Administration - Administer prescribed medications safely and accurately, including injections and IV therapies. Clinical Procedures - Perform EKGs, draw labs, and support other diagnostic or therapeutic procedures as needed. Patient Support & Documentation - Maintain accurate clinical records, ensure timely charting, and support smooth patient flow throughout the clinic. Preferred Skills & Attributes Bilingual in Spanish - Strongly preferred to support patient communication and enhance care quality. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and patient-focused care skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the clinical team. Required Certifications IV Certification CPR Certification through an American Red Cross-affiliated agency Schedule & Work Environment Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Days: Monday through Friday Travel: None required; all work is performed at the primary clinic location Home Visits: Not required Interview Format: In-person
