This role requires a licensed Senior Structural Engineer to lead complex projects from initial concept through to ribbon-cutting. High Voltage and EPC experience needed along with a PE in this onsite role with room to accelerate your career. location: Fort Worth, Texas job type: Permanent salary: $120,000 - 150,000 per year work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Project Leadership & Design Management: Lead the full structural design lifecycle-from initial concept to final completion-ensuring all non-standard, complex engineering solutions meet project requirements, industry codes, and client specifications. Technical Procurement & Vendor Oversight: Manage the technical lifecycle of structural equipment, including developing RFQs and data sheets, performing bid analysis, and overseeing vendor drawing reviews to ensure seamless multi-disciplinary integration. Project Controls & Financial Accountability: Drive project success by defining scope, budgets, and schedules while managing cost proposals, change orders, and financial performance reporting to meet firm-wide targets. Quality Assurance & Construction Administration: Spearhead the QA/QC process by auditing CAD production drawings and providing expert field oversight, including material testing, inspections, and the resolution of complex installation issues.
