Job Description Pay: $15 per hour Job description: Unarmed Security Guard (20 Openings) Location: Hanover, MD 21076 Pay: $15/hour (experience-based) Schedule: 3:45 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. | Days vary (must be available any day) Start: After offer About the Role We're hiring professional Unarmed Security Guards to help maintain a safe environment for guests, staff, and property. You'll patrol assigned areas, manage access points, and document incidents with clear, concise reports. What You'll Do Patrol interior and exterior areas and remain highly visible Control access at entrances/exits and verify authorization Observe, detect, and deter suspicious activity Respond to incidents and follow post orders Write accurate daily activity and incident reports Communicate with site leadership and, when needed, law enforcement What You Need Valid Maryland Guard Card 21+ with HS diploma/GED Strong written communication and report writing skills Professional presence, integrity, and attention to detail Able to stand/walk for long periods and work with limited supervision English speaking Compliance & Onboarding Background check: 7-year SSN Drug test: 10-panel (THC OK) I-9 & E-Verify: Required PPE: Not required Dress code: Company shirt and jacket provided; wear all-black clothing and shoes Interview & Submission Step 1: Submit your resume and a copy of your Maryland Guard Card for review Step 2: If selected, you'll complete an in-person interview How to Apply: Send your resume and Maryland Guard Card copy, plus your weekly availability and the earliest date you can start.
