SAP-Vistex BA (Rebates)

The skillset ideally is a mix of general business knowledge in the Pharma Contracts/Rebates space as well as Vistex technical understanding and soft skills. The human and process landscape here is complicated, and the role requires bridging gaps between existing business team members, product owners, and technical design and solution implementation people. Primarily they would be responsible for two things - capturing the requirements/conceptual design for Vistex component in a multi-platform business process/solution; and supporting various business teams with questions or issues with the current implementation. Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, and technical teams Document requirements, expectations, and user scenarios (not functional specs) Support UAT: write test cases, guide execution, and translate business needs into actionable insights Troubleshoot Vistex-related workflow issues in SAP ECC (rebates, chargebacks, contracts) and hand off to technical and functional team Work with users who may struggle to articulate problems clearly. Strong translation and communication skills are essential No configuration or design work.
