Serve as a strategic and trusted advisor to key stakeholders across USA and lead the HRBP team to support a sizable Business Unit globally. 2. Take responsibility for all spectrum HR affairs, develop HR framework according to global HR strategy and provide local insights 3. Formulate local pay philosophy, structures to ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive compensation for attracting and retaining good people 4. Develop, implement and administer an effective performance management mechanism 5. Motivate and coach managers and employees to maintain high levels of engagement in the organization 6. Leading the continuous improvement and enhancement of HR services Qualification: 1. Comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation & practice in USA in MNCs 2. Solid experience in payroll, benefit, recruiting and immigration management in USA 3. Must have expertise on employee relationship with experience of handling people issue 4. Strong communication and influence skill, coach skill is plus 5. Affinity with high tech industry and organizations 6. Bachelor degree and above, over 10 years in general HR and managerial role is preferable 7. Chinese or bilingual is preferred but not a must
