Job Description Help manage and develop the QMS (ISO9001 & IATF16949) Speak directly with customers, handling complaints and corrective actions Work through root cause analysis using tools like 8D and 5Why Collaborate with inspectors on PPAPs and finished good inspections Drive continuous improvement projects cross-functionally with production team Daily quality tasks as assigned MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful Quality Engineer should have: 2+ years of quality engineering experience in a metal fabrication or automotive setting Strong understanding of an ISO9001 QMS and associated compliance - IATF experience a plus Proven experience handling and reducing the amount of customer complaints Experience with Corrective and Preventative Actions Microsoft office suite experience Core tool and problem solving experience - PPAP/APQP, 8D, 5Why, CAPA, RCA, etc. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 USD 25% Bonus 3 weeks of PTO Full scope of medical benefits offered - health/dental/vision Retirement plans Paid holidays Contact Evan Gilbert Quote job ref JN-012026-6918797
