Job Summary DeKalb Motor Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our dealership team as a full-time Automotive Billing Clerk. This role is ideal for someone with prior dealership experience who is looking to grow their skills within an organized and supportive accounting team. Verify contracts, funding documents, and supporting paperwork for accuracy. Submit funding packets to lenders, as needed. Post deals into our accounting software and verify for accuracy. Process trade payoffs and track title documentation. Maintain meticulous schedule and ledger accounts. Oversee inventory maintenance. Maintain organized and compliant deal files. Support month-end accounting processes. Support License & Title processes. Qualifications 2+ year of automotive dealership experience (billing, license & title, or accounting preferred) Basic understanding of vehicle deal structure and funding process. Understanding of financial concepts including accounts receivable/payable, journal entries, account reconciliation, and double entry bookkeeping. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required). Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
