Job Title: Certified CPD Technician - Endoscope Reprocessor (2nd Shift) Shift Details: Hours: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM Location: Inpatient Hospital Setting Clearance Level: Level 3 Job Summary: We are urgently seeking a Certified CPD Technician specializing in Endoscope Reprocessing to join our team on the 2nd shift. This role involves reprocessing endoscopes, maintaining inventory, performing safety checks, and ensuring compliance with documentation and infection control standards. Candidates must be ready to start immediately upon clearance. Mandatory Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of inpatient hospital experience in Central Supply (Decontamination preferred). Experience at Penn, Temple, or Presby hospitals is preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to be on feet and move throughout the entire shift. Education: High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required. Certification: At least one of the following certifications is mandatory: Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution Certified Endoscope Reprocessor (CER) - HSPA Certification verification link: HSPA Certification Verification
