Credit Resolution Specialist - Fort Lauderdale, FL (Hybrid) HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Credit Resolution Specialist to join a well-established, nationally recognized healthcare management organization in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong medical AR or credit balance experience who enjoys investigative work and ensuring revenue accuracy. Compensation: $20.00 an hour - $25.00/HR (based on experience) Daily Responsibilities for Credit Resolution Specialist: Review patient and guarantor accounts(s) to ensure that a credit cannot be applied to an alternate balance on an account Correct data entry errors that generate false credits and communicates trends to management Addresses/resolves issues relating to patient accounts while noting account actions for complete audit trail of follow-up activity Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm ET (Hybrid schedule with at least 2 days onsite per week) Required Qualifications for Credit Resolution Specialist: Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) Credit Resolution experience within a physician's office or medical environment Preferred Qualifications for Credit Resolution Specialist: Allscripts experience is a plus Experience in urology physician practice environment Benefits for Credit Resolution Specialist: Medical coverage with multiple plan options, including select plans available at $0 per month premium Dental, Vision and Pharmacy coverage Paid Holidays and PTO Accrual opportunities to enroll in voluntary coverage such as life insurance and other supplemental plans (varies by enrollment rules and eligibility) Benefits structured to support both short- and long-term financial security Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offering confidential counseling, financial guidance, and work life resources Pet Insurance option to support your furry family members Interested in Being Considered?
