Our Decatur team delivers evidence-based care including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, balance/fall prevention, and sports medicine services. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality PTA care under PT plan of care across ortho and sports populations. Progress therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, neuromuscular re-ed, and functional training. Leverage AI Documentation to streamline documentation and maintain same-day note completion. Educate patients/caregivers; collaborate with PTs and front office to optimize outcomes and access. Support program growth (outcomes tracking, community/physician relationships, patient experience). Qualifications Texas PTA license (or exam-eligible with timeline). Outpatient ortho experience from rotations or prior roles preferred (new grads encouraged). Comfortable adopting new tech (ALT) and working in a fast-paced, team-first clinic. Strong communication, organization, and patient-education skills.
