Manufacturing & Assembly Technician

Twin City Staffing is seeking skilled individuals to join our team in high-precision assembly and finishing roles. These positions support modern, climate-controlled facilities in the Brooklyn Park, MN area, serving the aerospace, defense, and computing industries. Location: Brooklyn Park, MN area Wage: $20.00 - $27.00/hr. (Depending on experience and shift) Schedule: 1st and 2nd shifts available (Enjoy 4-day work weeks and 3-day weekends!) Benefits of the manufacturing & assembly technician: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match and profit sharing Paid vacation and paid holidays Tuition reimbursement and advancement opportunities Climate-controlled, air-conditioned shops Company-paid uniforms Stable work environment with long-term customers Duties of the manufacturing & assembly technician: Assemble mechanical and electrical parts using blueprints and job orders Run wires and build harnesses for complex electrical assemblies Mask precision components for painting using protective materials Perform deburring, sanding, and grinding to ensure clean finishes Utilize hand and power tools for precision fabrication Conduct quality inspections using microscopes and measurement tools Test assemblies for proper fit and function Document work instructions and production data accurately Requirements of the manufacturing & assembly technician: Experience in mechanical assembly, masking, or precision finishing High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency with hand tools and technical blueprint reading Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Ability to stay focused during repetitive, high-detail tasks Willingness to learn new manufacturing processes Background check required (ITAR compliance may apply for specific sites) Additional Information: Apply today to join our growing production team!
