Job Details Estimated Weekly Salary: $2020-$2130 Location: Willingboro, New Jersey 08046 - Willingboro healthcare jobs / New Jersey nursing jobs Setting: Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) - LTAC nurse / Long-Term Acute Care RN Assignment Length: 8 weeks Start Date: ASAP Shift: 12-hour nights (3x12-hour shifts per week) - night shift RN / overnight RN Schedule: Every 3rd weekend required Employment Type: Travel Contract - travel nursing / travel nurse jobs Hours per Week: 36 Job Requirements / Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey (NJ RN license) BLS Certification (required prior to first shift) ACLS Certification (required prior to first shift) Minimum of 2 years of bedside clinical experience Experience in LTAC, long-term acute care, or similar acute care settings preferred Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills Core Responsibilities Perform comprehensive nursing assessments on all patients within 8 hours of admission Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Provide direct patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in electronic or paper records Initiate discharge planning and patient teaching beginning on the day of admission Communicate changes in patient status to providers to ensure continuity of care and patient safety Supervise and direct Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and orientees Promote patient and employee safety by adhering to hospital policies and safety procedures Participate in team building and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment Assume charge responsibilities as needed after orientation Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education relevant to LTAC nursing Why Join Our Team Opportunity to work in a specialized LTAC setting and grow as a Long-Term Acute Care RN Collaborative interdisciplinary team focused on high-quality patient outcomes Access to continuing education and professional development Convenient Willingboro location with easy access to parks, shopping, and suburban amenities Apply now to join our healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Willingboro, NJ.
