Job Summary The BCBA will work collaboratively with the Clinical Director of Divine Savior Therapies (DST) and the Director of Divine Savior School (DSS) to support enrolled students. This role includes the evaluation, re-evaluation, development, and implementation of individualized treatment plans within a Christian, mission-driven environment. The BCBA will serve as a key part of a multidisciplinary team and will work closely with families, RBTs, and school/clinical staff to provide high-quality, ethical, and compassionate behavior therapy services. Requirements Current BCBA certification from the BACB and in good standing Willingness to work as part of a collaborative team Professional, self-motivated, and able to maintain an active, engaged presence while working with clients and team members PCMA certification (provided by company annually) Current CPR/First Aid certification This position requires successful completion of a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse. Learn more here: Ability to assist clients with physical activities, including lifting or supporting up to 35 lbs, and to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, running, and repetitive movements, with or without reasonable accommodation Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct assessments and write treatment plans for clients with a variety of diagnoses, primarily autism Provide direct ABA therapy in 1:1 sessions when necessary Independently manage a caseload of approximately 7 clients (26 billable hours), including supervision, reports and parent training Provide supervision and training to RBTs, including competencies and practicum oversight Deliver weekly or monthly parent trainings, as needed or requested Oversee daily data collection and ensure program fidelity Evaluate client progress and adjust programming accordingly Attend BCBA, RBT, and interdisciplinary team meetings Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong interpersonal skills with clients, families, and coworkers Effective verbal and written communication High standards of professionalism and confidentiality Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess treatment effectiveness Ability to respond calmly in high-stress situations Willingness to oversee support staff Benefits Vacation: 10 days per year Personal Days: 5 per year Paid Holidays: approximately 10 per year, aligned with clinic calendar Two-Week Paid Break in December Medical, Dental, Vision Long-Term Disability Short-Term Disability Life Insurance GAP/Critical Illness Insurance 403(b) Retirement Plan Available Tuition Assistance at Divine Savior Academy (Excludes special services) No Non-Compete Required This job description is not an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications associated with the position.
