Job Full Description Position Title: Manufacturing Technician Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for setting up and operating a variety of production equipment, supporting precision part fabrication, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have experience in deep draw forming and working with refractory metals. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate a wide range of manufacturing equipment Evaluate and monitor tooling, processes, and materials to ensure quality and efficiency Set up and operate vacuum furnace equipment Fit and assemble precision components to specification Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures Perform other duties as assigned to support production needs Qualifications & Skills Minimum of two (2) years of deep draw forming manufacturing experience, preferably with refractory metals Strong understanding of shop math Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately Ability to lift and move materials as required for the role Albany, OR 1947 2250 Southeast 14th Avenue Suite A Albany, OR 97322
