Job Title: Infrastructure Automation Engineer Location: Jacksonville, FL Duration: Fulltime Skills: Ansible Salary: 110K - 125K/Year Roles and Responsibilities: Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Exadata,Linux ,solaris Virtualization and containerization (VMware, Docker, Kubernetes) Networking, storage, and server technologies Infrastructure automation and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) Roles & Responsibilities Architecture & Design Design and document scalable infrastructure solutions (on-prem, cloud, hybrid). Define infrastructure standards, patterns, and best practices. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools. Engineering & Implementation Lead the deployment and configuration of servers, storage, networking, and cloud services. Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Ensure integration with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Operations & Optimization Monitor system performance and implement improvements. Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. Manage capacity planning and cost optimization, especially in cloud environments. Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with software engineering, security, and operations teams.
