Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of bids. Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documents to determine costs. Identify potential risks and opportunities during the estimation process. Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing information. Present estimates to clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and construction costs. Participate in pre-construction meetings to provide input on budgeting and project planning. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Estimator - Ground Up $40M - $60M should have: 5+ years experience in Estimating position Experience with ground up projects $20M+ Strong knowledge and experience in the construction industry, particularly with ground-up projects. Proficiency in estimation software and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.
