Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health field along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation. Certifications Required ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) obtained within one year of employment.
