Job Summary Department: MED-SURG - 2C/E Shift timings: 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to friday (5 Days/8 Hours) Per Week: 40 Hours Interim manager need for MS Unit Responsibilities: Oversee MS-Acute Care Inpatient is accountable for the direction, supervision and evaluation of patient care performed by nursing personnel within their assigned service setting in accordance with established goals. Responsible for unit operation, scheduling, position control, staffing and coordination of the quality improvement process. pplies advanced, broad-based knowledge of nursing practice and theory as well as, advanced knowledge of techniques of supervision, management and leadership as applied to specific nursing responsibilities.
