Administrative Assistant(Sales Support) LHH Recruitment is working with a manufacturing company near Tempe. This company is in search of an administrative assistant to provide order entry and database support to the sales team. The hourly rate is up to 26/hr. This role is fully onsite and plays a key part in keeping sales operations running smoothly by providing administrative, coordination, and customer-facing support. Manufacturing industry experience is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team Prepare and maintain sales documents, reports, quotes, and contracts Coordinate orders, track sales activity, and assist with order processing Communicate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and accounting Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with follow-ups Support special projects and sales initiatives as needed Qualifications: 2+ years of administrative or sales support experience preferred Manufacturing or industrial industry experience is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, onsite environment If you are interested, please apply now!
