What You'll Do Deliver direct patient care to adult and pediatric patients in our 24/7 inpatient unit Implement and evaluate care plans using critical thinking and the full scope of nursing practice Monitor patient progress and collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other care team members Respond confidently to changes in patient condition, acute care scenarios, and emergent needs Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and discharge planning Document all care thoroughly and accurately in the EMR (EPIC experience is a plus) Maintain licensure, certifications, and ongoing education for continuous clinical growth Education & Experience Minimum Requirements: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) Active, unrestricted RN license in Colorado (or eligible) Basic Life Support (BLS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) At least 1 year of experience as an RN in acute or inpatient care Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing (BSN/MSN) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) MEDSURG-BC or PED-BC certification EPIC EMR experience Spanish language skills Why Join Us?
