Roles & Responsibilities: - Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, leveraging your influence and expertise to gain trust and drive engagement. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations on how digital transformation can enhance their business processes and outcomes. Program and Project Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple programs, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results, maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Drive collaboration between client teams, internal teams, and third-party vendors, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables. Strategic Planning & Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure the successful execution of client programs. Provide leadership and mentorship to internal teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Manage resource allocation and project prioritization to meet client demands and project goals. Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including leadership, product teams, and technical experts, to ensure alignment on project scope, priorities, and objectives. Engage with external stakeholders, including clients and third-party partners, to ensure smooth project execution and delivery of high-impact solutions. Digital Transformation & Technology Oversight: Oversee the integration and implementation of digital technologies such as AI, automation, cloud computing, and data analytics in client projects. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in digital technology, providing guidance on how these innovations can be leveraged within the insurance industry. Ensure that technology solutions align with client business objectives and regulatory requirements. Communication & Influence: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Use your influential presence to lead discussions, resolve conflicts, and ensure that all parties are aligned and moving toward shared goals. Lead presentations, status updates, and client reviews with confidence and professionalism.
