The LPN will assume a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care, working collaboratively within a diverse team of medical professionals, and ensuring the safety and comfort of our patients. Pay Range: $25 - $31.86 / hr Schedule: Day and night shift available Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and within the scope of LPN practice. Monitor patient vital signs, record observations, and report any significant changes to the nursing team. Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans. Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation. Qualifications: Current and valid LPN license in NY Graduation from an accredited LPN program. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. BLS/CPR certification preferred.
