CDL-A Local Dedicated Truck Driver | Home Daily | Night ShiftPosition Overview: We're seeking an experienced local tractor-trailer driver to handle intermodal container pickups and deliveries. This is a night shift position offering consistent home time, competitive pay, and excellent benefits. Requirements: Minimum 21 years of age Valid Class A CDL 6 full months (after training) of solo tractor-trailer experience within the last 5 years Local experience accepted if operating Class A equipment Stable work history and clean MVR/background Must pass all DOT pre-employment testing Schedule & Home Time: Home daily Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday Weekend schedule: Saturday 1:00 AM - Monday 4:00 PM 5 days on / 2 days off Average 1,800 miles per week 12 hour schedules Operating area includes Chicago, WI, IA, IN, and MI Compensation: $1,200 - $1,400 average weekly pay $0.62 CPM starting rate + $20 per load Night shift differential: +$0.06 CPM (Mon-Fri, 7 PM-4 AM) Weekend differential: +$0.12 CPM (Fri-Mon, 7 PM-4 AM) Additional pay provided in specific cases (based on route circumstances) Loads must be routed at least 3 loaded miles to qualify for load pay Equipment, Benefits & Orientation: Newer automatic day cabs Paid 1-day orientation Full Benefits (effective after 30 days) Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Vacation Additional employee benefits available Apply today to join a dependable local fleet that values consistency, home time, and top pay for night shift drivers!Equal Opportunity Employer Statement: We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
