Job Description Open to commuting to Athens office or working on site in Atlanta Manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion. Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project goals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays that may arise. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback. Analyze project performance and implement improvements for future projects. Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management. The Successful Applicant A successful Sr. Project Manager should have: Proven expertise in managing construction projects within the commercial construction industry. 7+ years exp as PM or higher with a General Contractor Experience in at least 2 of the following sectors: Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail, Education Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
