The Stop & Shop finance team is looking for a Finance Coordinator that has a passion for supporting a large team and positively contributing to our culture. This role will collaborate with all areas within finance, including real estate and compliance. This is a position for a highly motivated candidate that thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, across various areas within the department. The Finance Coordinator will report to the SVP/Chief Financial Officer and provide support to the finance, compliance and real estate leadership teams. What we ask of you: Executive & Departmental Support: Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the SVP/Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and scheduling. Travel & Expense Management: Coordinate domestic and international travel for the finance leadership team and manage timely, accurate expense report submissions with required documentation. Organizational Chart Management: Maintain and regularly update finance department, compliance department and Real Estate organizational charts and information on the S&S intranet. Support Ad Hoc projects, presentation development and light analysis, as needed Team Operations & Communication: New Hire Onboarding: Lead onboarding for new finance, compliance and real estate associates, including workspace setup, equipment coordination, and scheduling introductory meetings. Team Meeting Coordination: Assist with the managing of the monthly team meetings, including agenda development, content coordination, and logistics. Meeting & Event Logistics: Execute meeting setup, including room preparation, catering, guest greeting, and invitation management. Proactive Departmental Support: Work independently with strong initiative, stay attuned to the needs of the finance team and ensure smooth daily operations. Project & Vendor Coordination: Vendor Coordination: Support financial processes such as purchase order entry and invoice tracking through Coupa. Assist with vendor onboarding via the VMDM process. Oversee the processing and record keeping of all fines, fee and chargebacks for the Brand. Assisting with government agency follow up as required to support the compliance team. Act as a liaison on between the compliance team and the commercial team on issues. Technology Liaison: Serve as the primary contact between the finance, compliance and real estate teams and IT to address technology and system needs. Store Operations Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for the internal store associates, managing finance relationship with the store and their requests.
