What You'll Be Doing Diagnose, repair, and maintain Company and customer-owned heavy equipment Work on excavators, wheel loaders, drill rigs, crushing & screening plants, and more Troubleshoot diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, transmissions, and drivetrains Support and lead other shop technicians when needed Communicate clearly with Service and Parts Departments Keep accurate service and repair records Work safely, efficiently, and with pride in the finished job What We're Looking For 7+ years of heavy equipment or diesel repair experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics Comfortable using laptop diagnostics and service software Own tools Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ lbs Field or road service experience is a plus Equipment You'll Work On Excavators, wheel loaders, drills, crushing & screening plants, articulated trucks, hydraulic breakers, and road wideners - including Link-Belt, Hitachi, Rammer, Rokbak, Sandvik, and Anaconda.
