Quality Assurance Analyst

QA Analyst Linthicum, MD Department: Quality Assurance | Non-Exempt | Full-Time Job Summary We are hiring a detail-oriented QA Analyst to perform laboratory testing on incoming materials, bulk products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with customer specifications and GMP standards. This role supports product quality, regulatory compliance, and release decisions. Responsibilities Perform routine lab testing independently Document and review test results in accordance with GMP and SOPs Calibrate and standardize lab equipment (pH meter, spectrophotometer, etc.) Issue rework procedures as needed Communicate quality concerns to production and management Maintain a clean and organized lab environment Support production decisions including product holds or line stoppage when necessary Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience 1+ year of laboratory experience preferred Knowledge of GMP and good documentation practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Flexibility for overtime and shift adjustments EEO Statement We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
