Robotic Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician / Industrial ElectricianDirect Hire | Full-Time | Hourly | $30-$37/hr + OvertimePay & Schedule $30-$37 per hour, based on experience Overtime available Shift option - 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM (5 10's currently) If you like working with your hands, solving real problems, and keeping production running, this role is for you. You'll be supporting a high-volume stamping and welded assembly operation, working on industrial machinery, robotics, and electrical systems. When equipment goes down, you're the one getting it back up and running. What You'll Be Doing Install, maintain, and repair industrial machines, robotics, and plant electrical systems Troubleshoot breakdowns and make repairs to keep production moving Work on 480V electrical systems, including wiring, transformers, and machine controls Diagnose issues on automated equipment and welding robots Tear down, repair, and reinstall machine components as needed Work side-by-side with operators, supervisors, and other techs to solve problems fast Identify root causes and suggest fixes to prevent repeat downtime What We're Looking For Hands-on experience with welding robots and automated equipment Strong background in industrial electrical systems Familiarity with FANUC, Motoman, and/or Allen-Bradley controls Solid troubleshooting skills-you can figure out what's wrong and how to fix it Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings Team-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in when needed Nice to Have Millwright experience This is a solid opportunity for a maintenance tech or industrial electrician who wants steady work, good pay, overtime, and hands-on involvement with modern manufacturing equipment.
