Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry - Per Diem (Nights)Schedule: Per Diem, 12-hour night shifts No guaranteed hours Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Telemetry RN for a per diem night shift role. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patients' cardiac rhythms, administering medications, and delivering comprehensive care in a telemetry unit. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation). Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, respond to alarms, and intervene as needed. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders. Guide and support patient/family teaching and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team. Accurately document care and maintain standards of practice. Communicate promptly with physicians regarding changes in patient condition, test results, or response to treatment. Qualifications: Current and valid state RN license. BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications. Minimum 2 years recent experience in Telemetry or acute care required. Experience with ventilator management preferred. COVID vaccination/boosters preferred. EPIC EMR experience required.
