About the Role We are looking for a Full Time Certified Hand Therapist or Occupational Therapist to join our team. New and experienced Therapists are welcomed! As part of our Hand Therapy team, we offer New Grad's a Mentorship program. Learn from our senior OTs on everything from splinting to treatment of more complex diagnoses. Mentorship includes case study reviews, hands on training and participation in our patient care conferences to review treatment plans. Our hand therapy team works closely together to foster learning with hands on training and participation in our patient care conferences to review treatment plans. What You'll Do Perform Occupational Therapy Evaluations Perform Occupational Therapy Treatments Directing patient care Performing objective measures Supervising with active participation of non-licensed providers Supervising patient progress and re-evaluate appropriately Overseeing and assuring clinical protocols are followed Coordinating with physicians and other practitioners for patient issues What We're Looking For: Graduate from an accredited OT program with 1-2 years' experience in Outpatient Hand Licensed in the state of California OT or CHT What We Offer Collaborative and friendly work environment Full coverage for Employee PPO Medical insurance 401k and Profit-Sharing Program Paid Vacation, Floating Holidays, Regular Holidays, Sick Time Employee Discount Programs Internal Mobility The pay range for this role is: 90,000 - 105,000 USD per year (Redwood PT and Clinic)
