Brief Overview:Position: Registered Nurse ( RN ) Shift: Evening Shift | 3PM-11PM | Full-Time Pay Range: $30.00-$39.00/hr. (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: Up to $12,000 Extras: Shift differential + full benefits Lead with Skill. Position Summary: Registered Nurse ( RN ) - Evenings As an RN at Cordova Health and Rehabilitation, you will oversee resident care, support the interdisciplinary team, and ensure high standards of clinical practice within our long-term care and rehabilitation setting. Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care. Current BLS/CPR certification required Key Responsibilities: Deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and progress. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with facility protocols. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations. Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents. Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery.
