Responsibilities and Requirements:Perform inspection of products to make sure they meet quality assurance standards Read and follow visual aids, engineering change notices, MPI, and deviations Use drawing to inspect SMT components & PTH parts on PCBA under microscope per MPI and IPC-610 standards Check polarity for thru-hole parts install on PCBA Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies. Catch any defects for quality per documents Check solder joint and workmanship Ability to communicate problems/quality issue to coworkers/supervisors Understood PCB drawing and able to independently do the first article of PCB. Knowledge about iso 9001 Ipc-610 standards are strongly preferred Must be able to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as part of regular job duties. 2+ years working as QA Inspector or equivalent in the Electronic Manufacturing industry Compensation/Benefits: Pay Range: $20 - $25 per hour Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance 401K Paid Time Off Looking for both Day and Swing shift.
