Job Description Summary IT Administrator will manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring system performance, security, and availability across all departments. Essential Duties Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous availability Administer user accounts, access permissions, and security settings and ensure compliance with security policies and access controls. Manage backup and disaster recovery plans. Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues . Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, network layouts, and procedures Ensure proper licensing and compliance with software usage policies Configure switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment Competencies, Experience, and Qualifications RequiredRequired Qualifications: 5+ years of IT Administration experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline is required.
