Overview We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Operations Manager to lead enterprise network and server operations in a 24/7 environment. This role oversees network engineering, systems administration, cloud infrastructure, and disaster recovery while ensuring security, performance, and SLA compliance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who can drive operational excellence, develop high-performing teams, and communicate effectively with executive leadership and external partners. Responsibilities Lead network operations within a Cisco-centric environment, including performance optimization and future architecture planning Manage systems administration across Windows Active Directory, Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and cloud infrastructure Partner with IT Security to maintain network and operational integrity Ensure LAN/WAN performance meets defined SLAs Oversee disaster recovery planning, documentation, and annual testing Provide weekly operational and project status reporting Manage roadmaps and project tracking using JIRA or similar platforms Maintain infrastructure documentation including asset inventory and configuration standards Establish and enforce onboarding/offboarding and access control policies Troubleshoot and escalate infrastructure issues with vendors as needed Collaborate with procurement on vendor management and budgeting Supervise and develop a team of 8-10 infrastructure professionals Participate in after-hours maintenance and incident response as required Qualifications 5+ years of experience leading IT infrastructure teams Strong expertise in Windows Server and Active Directory Experience supporting Linux environments Deep knowledge of networking technologies including firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless Advanced understanding of virtualization platforms (VMware preferred) Experience with cloud infrastructure environments Familiarity with SLA-driven service environments Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills Preferred Bachelor's degree Cisco certifications (CCNP/CCIE) VMware certification Microsoft Server and/or Cloud certifications
