Job Description An established, yet growing, heavy civil contractor in the greater Sioux Falls area is looking to solidify their front office by adding a Vice President to their team! About the Company 25+ years in the industry Family owned and operated Multi-Division contractor Earthwork, excavating, concrete, trucking, site utilities, etc Strong Midwestern presence Multiple offices and project sites throughout the Midwest About the Role Oversight of company execution and initiatives Final approval on all major bids over threshold Discuss and execute 3-5 year vision, growth targets, geographic expansion, etc. Operational Leadership and Execution Own and lead day-to-day company-wide operations Oversee all field/project operations Establish and enforce standardized processes, production systems, KPI's ,etc. Project Portfolio and Performance Oversight Hold Division VPs, Regional Managers, PX's, Senior PM's accountable for portfolio results Monitoring backlog quality/health, WIP forecasting, earned value management, and cash flow tied to project progress People Leadership and Organizational Development Build and lead operations executive team Drive KPI performance metrics for development and review Foster a high-performance accountable culture while maintaining family/legacy values in scaling firms If you are interested in this Vice President opportunity in the Sioux Falls area, please apply!
