Description Team Fishel , the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is looking to hire a Natural Gas Distribution Supervisor for our Huntington , West Virginia location. Our Natural Gas Utility Construction Team is managing strong growth, and we're looking for Supervisors to be part of the safest utility construction Team in the U.S. We are hiring Teammates who believes in and lives Team Fishel's strong values, our commitment to providing our Customers with Service Excellence, and who will manage to these principles. The purpose of a Supervisor at Team Fishel is to sell projects, communicate with customers and Teammates, set direction for the work, and remove roadblocks so the Teammates will be successful, the customer will be delighted, and the project profitable. This work will be in the areas surrounding Charleston and Huntington, WV. Responsibilities Review the pre-job checklist prior to start up Walk-through with foreman and customer Secure the most cost effective materials Recruit, interview and hire new Teammates Champion Teammate development programs Evaluate Teammates' performance and provide coaching Requirements & Qualifications Must have 5+ years of recent verifiable experience in Gas work. Experience in installation and replacement of steel, plastic, and service lines.
