Job #: 147580 Title: AOG Mechanic Location: Atlanta, GA Salary Range: 45.00 Position: A&P Mechanic Description: The AOG Mechanic will perform maintenance on a variety of corporate and general aviation aircraft, including inspections, testing, repair, and servicing. You will follow FAA-approved technical data guidelines, read and interpret maintenance manuals and specifications to determine repair feasibility, complete required maintenance paperwork, and support all aspects of aircraft maintenance to ensure airworthiness and compliance. Requirements: #Job Details Facility Type: MRO/Part 145 Repair Station Aircraft Worked: Corporate/General Aviation Job Duration: Contract to Direct Schedule: Rotating 7 Days On/7 Days Off Tools: Provided w/truck Pay Rate: $45.00-$52.00 ($2,500 gross guarantee on mandatory work week.) #Education & Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED. A&P License. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. A minimum of 7 years of experience working on corporate jets and turboprop aircraft. A minimum of 3 years of experience with AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations. Must have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience on at least 2 of the following airframes: Hawker, Citation, King Air, Global, Gulfstream. U.S. Citizen. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Must be computer literate. Extensive domestic travel required. Must be available for short-notice deployment and 24/7 on-call rotation currently for 17 states and growing! #Job Duties & Functions Perform testing, repairs, and servicing of aircraft. Perform maintenance in accordance with FAA-approved technical data. Read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications to determine feasibility and methods of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components. Accurately complete all required maintenance, work orders, and RTS paperwork. Travel to aircraft location; airport, FBO, and remote locations.
