QUALIFICATIONS: Valid Washington State Education Staff Associate Certificate as Occupational Therapist. Valid Washington State Driver's License; must provide automobile for on-the-job use. Criminal Justice Background Clearance. RESPONSIBILITIES: As a member of a multidisciplinary team/GQP, to screen and evaluate children referred for occupational therapy.
