Help with the maintenance and repair of existing HVAC systems. Carry and move equipment and tools to and from job sites. Perform basic troubleshooting of HVAC systems under the guidance of experienced technicians. Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Provide support to HVAC technicians as needed during installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks. Attend training sessions and workshops to improve technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems. Assist with paperwork and documentation related to HVAC projects. What you need: Must be 21 or older Must hold a valid driver's license Must pass motor vehicle, background check and drug screen Basic HVAC knowledge At least two (2) years of residential HVAC installation experience and knowledge.
